All proceeds from the golf tournament will benefit the Maury Regional Health Care Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Financial support received through the foundation is used for projects that include community health initiatives, education scholarships, and other health-related projects.
C.A. “Tony” Starks
Tony Starks was a resident of the Columbia community for 25 years. During that time he served as director of the Materials Management Department at Maury Regional Medical Center. Tony’s life was cut short by cancer on August 4, 2000. Tony truly loved the game of golf. Anyone who knew Tony appreciated his commitment to his family, friends and his dedication to the game of golf. This tournament is dedicated to his memory.
Tournament Features
The format for the tournament is a four-player scramble with a maximum of 64 teams, divided into morning and afternoon schedules. Features include:
- Hole-in-one grand prize (Hole 7)
- Grand prizes for all flights
- Morning and afternoon par 3 closest to hole prizes
- Prizes for longest drive
- Door prizes
- Range balls

Tournament Sponsor: $15,000
Includes (2) 4-person teams, main sponsor banner, logo on tournament sponsor board, mulligan package, and recognition in event program.
Masters Sponsor: $10,000
Includes (2) 4-person teams, logo on tournament sponsor board, mulligan package, and recognition in event program.
Gold Sponsor: $5,000
Includes 4-person team, logo on tournament sponsor board, mulligan package, and recognition in event program.
Silver Sponsor: $2,500
Includes 4-person team, hole sponsor sign, mulligan package, and recognition in event program.
Bronze Sponsor: $1,000
Includes 4-person team, hole sponsor sign, mulligan package, and recognition in event program.

Team mulligan package includes:
1 mulligan for each player & putting contest.

Directions to Graymere Country Club, Columbia, Tennessee
From Nashville
Take I-65 South to exit 53, Saturn Parkway Exit. Travel 3.3 miles on Saturn Parkway until you come to the Columbia/Spring Hill (Highway 31) exit. Exit right and then stay in the left lane toward Columbia. After you merge onto Highway 31 South toward Columbia, travel 8 miles and come to the second traffic light (McDonald’s on your left). Get into the right turn lane and turn right onto 43. Travel ½ mile to first traffic light. Go straight for 2.5 miles and take the first exit (Industrial Park exit). At top of ramp turn left for 2/10 mile to a traffic light. Turn right onto James Campbell Boulevard and go ½ mile to next traffic light. Go straight for 1 mile to next traffic light and turn right on Trotwood Avenue. Go 3/10 mile to first traffic light. Get in left turning lane and turn left onto Country Club Lane. Take this road curving to the right. Clubhouse is on the right.
From Huntsville
Take I-65 North to Exit 37 Columbia/Lewisburg. At top of exit ramp turn left toward Columbia. Travel 12 plus miles to the 9th traffic light (medical center adjacent on right). Turn left onto Trotwood Avenue. Go 3/10 mile to first traffic light. Get in left turning lane and turn left onto Country Club Lane. Take this road curving to the right. Clubhouse is on the right.
