Maury Regional Health Care Foundation golf tournament slated for September 16

                                                                             

COLUMBIA, Tenn. – The Maury Regional Health Care Foundation will host its fourteenth annual Tony Starks Memorial Golf Tournament at King’s Creek Golf Club in Spring Hill on Monday, September 16. The format for the tournament is a four-player scramble with a maximum of 64 teams, divided into morning and afternoon tee times.

“We have a few spaces left for those who want to be a sponsor or gather a foursome for a wonderful day of golf. Morning tee-off is at 8 a.m. and the afternoon tee-off is at 1:30 p.m. We have plenty of prizes and each participant will receive a gift card to purchase golf merchandise,” said Foundation Executive Director Joe Kilgore.

Prizes will be given for first and second place in three flights, closest to the hole, longest drive and a putting contest. In addition, there will be a hole-in-one grand prize and a variety of door prizes. Participation opportunities include:

Golf Team: $1,000

Includes four-person team, mulligan package and recognition in event program.

Silver Sponsor: $2,500

Includes four-person team, hole sponsor sign, mulligan package and recognition in event program.

Gold Sponsor: $5,000

Includes four-person team, logo on tournament sponsor board, mulligan package and recognition in event program.

Masters Sponsor: $10,000

Includes two four-person teams, logo on tournament sponsor board, mulligan package and recognition in event program.

Tournament Sponsor: $15,000

Includes two four-person teams, main sponsor banner, logo on tournament sponsor board, mulligan package and recognition in event program.

Additional sponsorship opportunities range from $250 to $2,500 with recognition provided. All proceeds from the golf tournament will benefit the Maury Regional Health Care Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Financial support received through the foundation is used for projects that include community health initiatives, education scholarships and other health-related projects.
