MAURY REGIONAL ESTABLISHES INFERTILITY SUPPORT GROUP

COLUMBIA, Tenn.— Maury Regional Medical Center will conduct the first meeting of its Infertility Support Group on Thursday, October 23, at 6:00 p.m. at the Jameson Inn across from Columbia Mall.

During this seminar, Julie Heffington, childbirth coordinator at Maury Regional Medical Center, will discuss infertility treatments, medications, nutrition, exercise, in vitro fertilization (IVF), intra-uterine insemination (IUI) and much more.

“We are pleased to be able to offer this support group for our community,” said Heffington. “With infertility on the rise and the advancements made in treatment options, we felt it was important to offer this service that enables those experiencing problems with fertility to learn and gain support from those who are experiencing the same challenges.”

The infertility support group is open to any couple experiencing difficulty conceiving. Future meeting will be determined utilizing feedback from the group. For more information, call Julie Heffington at 931.490.7046.
