JEFFERSON JOINS MAURY REGIONAL HOSPITAL MEDICAL STAFF

COLUMBIA, Tenn.—Kelley V. Jefferson, M.D., a specialist in internal medicine and pediatrics, has joined the medical staff at Maury Regional Hospital. She is a hospitalist associated with Drs. Julian A.G. Bennett, Larry T. Britt, Jr., Martin M. Chaney, Cheryl A. Johnson, Teri M. Lord, Mark A. Seago, Rebecca Severe and Grace Y. Wu. The role of a hospitalist is to provide medical treatment for adult and pediatric inpatients who do not have a family physician or when their physician is unable to be present.

Dr. Jefferson received her medical degree from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee. She also completed an internal medicine/pediatrics internship and residency at the University of Tennessee School of Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.

Prior to locating in Columbia, Dr. Jefferson was on the active medical staff at Lincoln Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Tennessee.

Dr. Jefferson is a native of Franklin, Tennessee and attended BGA. Dr. Jefferson is joined by her husband, Tim and their daughter. The family resides in Columbia.
