Lewis Health Center provides Lewis County and the surrounding area with comprehensive health care and wellness services. Care is provided by board certified physicians and nurse practitioners, and is complemented by well-trained clinical and support staff.
The radiology department has the
latest diagnostic imaging technology, including MRI,
ultrasound, mammography and filmless X-ray. The physical
therapy department provides a vast array of rehabilitation
programs to improve quality of life. Services include
orthopedic, sports injury, and spinal rehabilitation,
wound care and more. The laboratory conducts a wide
variety of routine diagnostic tests such as blood sugar,
blood counts, cholesterol, pregnancy testing, urinalysis,
and many more.
Hohenwald
is in the heart of Lewis County, a paradise for those who love
the outdoors. There
is always an outdoor adventure that awaits you, whether you want
to canoe the Buffalo River, explore the Natchez Trace or visit Meriwether
Lewis Park, where the famed explorer for whom the county was named
is buried. If you’re in the mood for something less adventurous,
the Hohenwald Golf and Recreation Club might be for you.

hours, a physician is on-call to see patients when it is medically
necessary. No
