Marshall County lie in the heart of southern Middle Tennessee, 48
miles south of Nashville and 54 miles north of Huntsville, Alabama. The
county boasts four golf courses—Henry Horton, Saddle Creek, Hazleburn, and the Marshall County Rec Center's Golf Course. The beautiful rolling
hills of the county are full of horse farms and Lewisburg is home
to the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders and Exhibitors Association.
