MY health records
Most Maury Regional Health entities began using a new electronic medical record system on November 1, 2018. Patients now have a medical record that reflects inpatient and outpatient services received at the following Maury Regional Health entities:
- Maury Regional Medical Center
- Maury Regional Medical Group Practices
- Maury Regional Physical Therapy
- Maury Regional Urgent Care
- Maury Regional Federally Qualified Health Centers
- Lewis Health Center
- Marshall Medical Center
- Wayne Medical Center
Benefits
- By consolidating medical records, your Maury Regional Health team can provide better care coordination between providers.
- Patients now have access to a new patient portal that includes test results (lab, imaging, etc.), visit summaries and bill payment.*
- Maury Regional Medical Group patients are able to securely message their provider through the new patient portal.
*You may receive services from a provider who renders care in our facility but is not a Maury Regional Health entity or employed by Maury Regional Health. This may include your physician, anesthesiologist, radiologist, pathologist or Emergency Department physician. You may receive a separate bill for these services that will need to be paid directly to the provider rather than through the portal.
