Benefits of a hospital-based clinic
Patients and their physicians can take comfort knowing that therapy is delivered in the security of a hospital environment. We utilize smart pumps to ensure precise dosage delivery and many of our medications, including chemotherapy, are developed by our expert team of pharmacists on-site. In addition, our Outpatient IV Clinic is backed by an accredited laboratory and is Joint Commission certified. For patient comfort, recliners are available with access to individual televisions with headsets.
Scheduling and Insurance
Maury Regional Medical Center accepts most commercial insurance, Medicare and TennCare. Our goal is to assist patients in knowing their financial obligations based on their insurance provider prior to their therapy appointment.
Services are provided with a physician’s order and may be scheduled by calling 931.380.4044.
Infusions may take several hours, while some require a shorter period of time. Due to the nature of the services provided, it is important that all patients arrive in a timely manner.
