Watson Joins Maury Regional Hospital Medical Staff
Timothy B. Watson, M.D., a specialist in anesthesiology, has joined the medical staff as Chief of Anesthesiology at Maury Regional Hospital. He is associated with Drs. Clark H. Galbraith, Rodney Bradley Gilbert, Ken Lanyon and Bhaskar Reddy of Middle Tennessee Anesthesia Associates.
Dr. Watson received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. He completed an internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital and residency in anesthesia at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, California. In addition, Dr. Watson completed a fellowship in critical care medicine at Long Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center at the University of California in Irvine, California. He is board certified in anesthesiology. Prior to locating in Columbia, Dr. Watson was Chief of Anesthesiology at Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital and Associate Professor of Clinical Anesthesia, University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. Dr. Watson is a Captain in the United States Navy Reserve.
