on Maury Regional Hospital's second floor, the Same Day
Surgery Unit is designed to help you return to the comfort of your own home
the same day following many surgical procedures.
If a family member or friend would like to leave the unit while the patient is in surgery, they may request a pager at the nurses station. Individuals will be paged when the patient is coming out of surgery so that they are in the room when the patient arrives and are available to speak to the physician.
You
and your physician will determine if your outpatient surgery is performed in the Same Day Surgery Unit or the Maury Regional Surgery Center.
