Questions and Celebrations
All instructors are former smokers and health professionals who understand the challenges that come with breaking the habit. Group interaction is promoted in an effort to develop a support network among those with the same goal—to stop smoking. Individuals may join at any time and attend as many sessions as they like.
Participants are required to purchase a $10 class guide with exercises for each class topic.
