FREE CHILD SPEECH & HEARING SCREENINGS OFFERED
AT SPRING HILL MEDICAL BUILDING
SPRING HILL, Tenn.—Free speech and hearing screenings will be offered for children ages 3 to 5 during the month of May at Maury Regional Hospital’s Spring Hill Medical Building. The first screening will be conducted on May 12 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Another screening will be conducted on Wednesday, May 21, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
If you are having difficulty understanding your child or your child seems to ignore you, it could be a sign of a speech or hearing problem. Parents are encouraged to bring their child for a screening from a licensed speech pathologist. If they detect any speech and/or hearing deficit, they will refer parents to an appropriate care provider for additional treatment.
The Spring Hill Medical Building is located at 5421 Main Street near Home Depot in Spring Hill. For more information about this free screening, call 931.380.4014.
