COLUMBIA, Tenn. – The Maury Regional Women’s Center will be hosting a free luncheon program titled Women Helping Women on Wednesday, July 29, at noon in the Auxiliary Conference Room at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Women spend a great deal of their time taking care of others, from ensuring the health of their family to volunteering in the community.  For this reason, the Women’s Center at Maury Regional Medical Center is focusing its July meeting on caring for one’s self.

Sherry Fogg-Arnold, a licensed massage therapist, skin care specialist and owner of The Wellness Center, will kick off the program with a presentation on skin care, make-up and the benefits of massage therapy.

Sue Fox, a licensed cosmetologist and owner of Fox & Company Day Spa, will then discuss choosing a hair style that best suits the individual shape of a woman’s face. She will select someone from the audience and conduct a free hair cut demonstration.

Arnold and Fox have donated their time and talent to provide services to cancer patients at Maury Regional Medical Center.

The public is invited to attend this event. Lunch will be provided. Reservations must be made by calling 931.540.4166.

Women Helping Women is a free quarterly lunch and learn series that addresses health issues facing women today.
