Should the need for customer service arise during your visit as a patient or visitor, you are encouraged to ask a staff member for the manager on duty.

If you feel you need additional assistance, we invite you to contact our Patient Advocate at extension 4884 from a hospital phone or directly at 931.381.1111 x4884. A Patient Advocate is typically available Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. If the Patient Advocate is not available, you may leave a message and your call will be returned during regular business hours.

If the Patient Advocate is not available and there is an immediate concern or if it is after hours, you are encouraged to take these steps in the following order:

  • If you are in the medical center, ask a staff member for the department or unit manager.
  • Call Maury Regional Medical Center at 931.381.1111 and press 0 to reach an operator and ask to be connected with the House Supervisor at extension 1023. 
  • If you have shared your thoughts with the patient's caregiver and still feel that your concerns are not being recognized, the Family Activated Care Team (FACT) can be contacted at extension 5500 or directly at 931.381.1111 x5500.
