nursing leadership

Message from the Chief Nursing Officer

At Maury Regional Health, our mission is to provide clinical excellence and compassionate care. We profoundly value the role of nurses in improving patient outcomes, increasing patient satisfaction and implementing best-practice treatment protocols on the frontlines every day.

This commitment to excellence — and our commitment to nurses — has culminated in Maury Regional Medical Center, our flagship hospital, achieving Magnet® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). As an organization, we provide recent nursing graduates with mentorship to launch a new career and offer experienced nurses opportunities for advanced training and leadership roles. Many of our nurses have gained valuable experience by working in multiple clinical disciplines and units. Our nursing teams are actively engaged in impacting the lives of our patients through an unwavering commitment to evidence-based practice and shared governance. We take pride in our dedication to nursing excellence, and we are committed to providing nurses countless opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
