Hot Cocoa

A healthy warm chocolate treat for a cold winter night. Low calorie. Low fat. Delicious.

Ingredients

2 cups skim milk
2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
 

Preparation

  • In a small saucepan, heat milk over low heat until just bubbling, stirring frequently. Do not boil. Remove from heat.
  • Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla and salt, and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
