Lewis Health Center
 

Lewis Health Center provides Lewis County and the surrounding area with outpatient health care and wellness services, including primary care, imaging, laboratory and physical therapy. Physicians and nurse practitioners provided by Family Health Group provide primary care at Lewis Health Center, complemented by well-trained clinical and support staff. 

Primary care and wellness services are available by appointment and on a walk-in basis from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. To schedule an appointment, call 931.796.4901. Other services include:

Lewis Health Center is pleased to offer a Physician Specialist Clinic where physicians who practice in a range of medical specialties can see patients by appointment. Nurse Line

If you have a health-related question while our facility is closed, a registered nurse is available through our Nurse Line between 11 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. at 931.796.4901. In the event of a health emergency, always dial 911.

Emergency Medical Services for Lewis County

Because Lewis Health Center is not an emergency facility, you should always call 911 in the event of a medical emergency. Emergency medical services in Lewis County are provided by Maury Regional EMS.

About Our Community

Named for legendary explorer Meriwether Lewis, Lewis County is a haven for those who enjoy the outdoors, a close-knit community and a relaxed pace of life. With a rich German and Swiss heritage, the county is crossed by the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway, where the burial site of the county’s namesake is maintained by the National Park Service. The Elephant Sanctuary, the nation’s largest natural-habitat elephant refuge, is located in Lewis County.
