Meet Our OB GYN Care Specialists

Nicole Falls, MD 

Dr. Falls is a board-certified OB-GYN with a particular interest in minimally invasive surgery and complete obstetrical care for low- and high-risk mothers. She specializes in total laparoscopic hysterectomy for bleeding, pain and fibroids; however, she enjoys all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology.

Dr. Falls is originally from Alabama and a huge college football fan. She graduated from University of Alabama School of Medicine and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She completed her specialty training at UPMC - Magee Women’s Hospital — one of the top women’s hospitals in the country — where she had rigorous training in advanced laparoscopic surgery and obstetrics.

Dr. Falls relocated to Tennessee to be closer to family, country music, and warmer weather! She is thankful to have a home here in Columbia and is proud to work at a nationally recognized hospital. She absolutely loves her job and developing long-lasting relationships with her patients.

liane p. gozmao, md

Dr. Gozmao earned her medical degree from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tennessee. She completed OB-GYN residency training at the University of South Carolina Prisma Health Hospital Richland in Columbia, South Carolina. Dr. Gozmao joined MRMG OB-GYN in September 2021. She sees patients at our practices in Columbia and Spring Hill.

TAYLOR MASTERS, MD

Dr. Masters obtained his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina. He completed a residency at Bayfront Health in St. Petersburg, Florida, and in 2020 was awarded outstanding resident. Dr. Masters joined MRMG OB-GYN in September 2023.

Dr. Masters sees patients at our Columbia office. 

Michael Pelletier, MD

Dr. Pelletier has provided full time OB-GYN care for nearly three decades. In January 2018, he began concentrating his patient care solely in gynecology. His clinical interests include routine gynecologic care, infertility, menopausal medicine and management of postmenopausal issues. 

Dr. Pelletier has extensive training and is experienced in advanced gynecologic surgery as well as minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. His desire is to educate his patients and assist them in making informed decisions about their health care. In his free time, Dr. Pelletier enjoys spending time with his wife of 30+ years and their adult children. He also enjoys tennis, playing guitar and fishing.

Andres Rodriguez, MD

Dr. Rodriguez completed both medical school and OB-GYN residency training at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. After eight years in Charleston, both he and his wife were thrilled to move back to Middle Tennessee where they spent their childhood. They have established new roots in Columbia and—along with their daughter—have thoroughly enjoyed becoming a part of the local community. Outside of medicine, Dr. Rodriguez is an avid soccer player and fan and also enjoys running and swimming. He, his wife and daughter also love the outdoors and spending time in parks as well as enjoying time in thriving downtown Columbia.

Dr. Rodriguez's interests include both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive (specifically robotic) surgery and general gynecology from birth control and irregular periods to infertility and menopause.  

Brittany legg, FNP-BC

Brittany Legg is a family nurse practitioner who sees patients at Maury Regional Medical Group OB-GYN. She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master of science in nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
