Informational sessions on surgical weight loss planned for May, June and July

COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Health conditions related to obesity are among the leading causes of preventable death. For those who have struggled to lose weight, surgery may be an option.

Patrick Davis, M.D., a physician with Maury Regional Medical Group (MRMG) Surgery, is offering a series of small group sessions about surgical weight loss for those who want to learn more. Those interested are invited to attend a session of their choice on May 21, June 18 or July 23. Each session will begin at 6 p.m. in the First Floor Conference Room at Maury Regional Medical Center.
