Maury Regional Medical Center offers a full range of services for individuals with a variety of neurological diseases and disorders, as well as stroke and injuries affecting the nervous system.
Maury Regional Medical Center added neurosurgery to its list of specialties in June 2012 as the medical center continues to offer citizens of the region advanced services that enable them to receive treatment close to home.
With the addition of Mark Cobb, M.D., assistant professor of neurological surgery at Vanderbilt, MRMC now offers procedures never before conducted in southern Middle Tennessee. New services include:

In addition to a neurological surgeon, the medical center also has neurologists and orthopedic specialists on the medical staff who treat neurological patients.
The medical center is proud to participate in the American Stroke Association's Get With The Guidelines Stroke initiative, having achieved a Bronze Performance Achievement Award in 2007 and 2008 for our commitment and success in implementing a higher standard of stroke care by ensuring that stroke patients receive treatment according to nationally accepted standards and recommendations.
Therapy services are also available in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy.
