Maury Regional Health offers free smoking cessation program in January

COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Individuals who want to stop smoking in 2020 are encouraged to attend a free four-week program offered by Maury Regional Health in January. Registration is currently underway for the program, which will begin January 7 to help those who want to overcome an addiction to smoking and other nicotine products.

A free Nicotine Cessation Program will be offered January 7, 14, 21 and 28 at 6 p.m. at Maury Regional Medical Center located at 1224 Trotwood Avenue in Columbia. Classes will be taught by a respiratory therapist who is a former smoker and understands the challenges of setting aside nicotine products.
