Maury Regional Health provides support for those who want to kick the habit of cigarettes, vaping products or smokeless tobacco with a free four-week nicotine cessation program. Classes are led by a respiratory therapist and former smoker who understands the challenges of quitting.
The four-week nicotine cessation program will meet on Tuesdays in the New Year: Beginning January 7 and continuing on January 14, 21 and 28. Each class begins at 6 p.m. and will be held in Maury Regional Medical Center's Admin Workroom on the first floor of the hospital.
Participants should enter through the building's main entrance and will follow the signs down the first hallway to the left to the conference room.
