Marshall Medical Center and Senior Life Solutions offer the free monthly support group “Beyond Tomorrow”, for individuals experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety.
This support group offers a welcoming setting for individuals to learn effective coping strategies to care for their mental health through sharing, discussions and listening. Meetings are led by counselors and therapy professionals with Senior Life Solutions.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. at the Lewisburg Recreation Center located at 1551 Mooresville Highway in Lewisburg. Please use the Sports Complex parking area and entrance.
