Diabetes Self-Management Class - Hohenwald

Recognized by the American Diabetes Association, this comprehensive course is taught by a certified diabetes educator and a registered dietitian. This class will be offered at Lewis Health Center in Hohenwald. Join others with diabetes to learn how to manage the disease through medications, meal planning, exercise and stress reduction.
