Maury Regional Medical Center will offer a free virtual question and answer (Q&A) session about understanding birth on Saturday, March 20, at 9 a.m. This virtual program will provide new and expectant parents the opportunity to speak with Labor & Delivery staff about topics that include stages of labor, comfort techniques, the delivery process, pain management, physical and emotional changes post-delivery and basic breastfeeding information.
