best practice in patient discharge & education
 

This is a 4-hour course that includes key content for parameters which affect discharge planning. The current best practices for discharge planning will be included. The roles of multidisciplinary team members in discharge planning will be explained. Best practices for patient education will be presented in case scenarios. 

This course is approved for four hours of continuing nursing education units.
 
Maury Regional Medical Center is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Tennessee Nurses Association, an accredited provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
