Lewis Health Center is a full-service imaging center, with state-of-the-art technology to help your physician make quick, informed decisions about your health care. Experienced radiologic technologists perform diagnostic and screening imaging tests with results interpreted by board-certified radiologists on the medical staff at Maury Regional Medical Center.

WALK-IN SCREENING MAMMOGRAMS*
Mammograms can detect breast cancer in its early stages before any signs or symptoms may be present. That’s why health experts recommend all women ages 40 and older receive a screening mammogram each year. To provide easier access to mammograms for women without insurance, Lewis Health Center and the Lewis County Health Department are partnering to offer free walk-in screening mammograms for women who qualify on select 2024 dates.
DATES
Walk-in mammograms will be offered at Lewis Health Center from 1 to 4 p.m. on the following 2024 dates for patients who qualify:
- April 17
- July 17
- October 2
- October 16
A nurse practitioner from the Lewis County Health Department will also be available during these times to offer breast exams.

Free mammograms are offered during this walk-in window through the Tennessee Breast and Cervical Screening Program. To qualify, patients must:
- Be a Tennessee resident
- Meet age and clinical requirements for a breast cancer screening (ages 40+)
- Have an income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level for family size
- Be uninsured
