Lewis Health Center provides Lewis County and the surrounding area with outpatient health care and wellness services, including primary care for adults and children, imaging, laboratory and physical therapy. Physicians and nurse practitioners provided by Maury Regional Medical Group provide primary care at Lewis Health Center, complemented by well-trained clinical and support staff. 

Primary care, laboratory and X-ray services are available during all hours of operation. In addition to care for adults, specialized pediatric care is offered by appointment on Tuesday and Thursday. To schedule a primary care appointment, call 931.796.4901. Other services include:

Named for legendary explorer Meriwether Lewis, Lewis County is a haven for those who enjoy the outdoors, a close-knit community and a relaxed pace of life. With a rich German and Swiss heritage, the county is crossed by the scenic Natchez Trace Parkway, where the burial site of the county’s namesake is maintained by the National Park Service. The Elephant Sanctuary, the nation’s largest natural-habitat elephant refuge, is located in Lewis County.
