PrimeCare Clinic accepts insurance, including Medicaid, TennCare, Medicare and most commercial plans. PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL HOME

In addition to providing primary care and preventive health, our practice also functions as a patient’s medical home. Because we provide continuity of care throughout an individual’s life, we can better care for the complexities associated with chronic medical conditions. By functioning as a medical home, we coordinate subspecialty care, referrals, hospitalizations, preventative care and routine check-ups.
