PRIMARY CARE
Lewisburg Family Practice is a full-service family medicine practice with providers from Maury Regional Medical Group. The practice offers wellness exams as well as care for injuries and illnesses. Patients benefit from management of chronic disease as well as management of diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol. Services available at Lewisburg Family Practice include:

WALK-IN CLINIC
Walk-in care for acute illness and injury is offered five days per week in Suite 102-B. Convenient care is provided by our team of family medicine specialists. No appointment is necessary.

PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL HOME
In addition to providing primary care and preventive health, our practice also functions as a patient’s medical home. Because we provide continuity of care throughout an individual’s life, we can better care for the complexities associated with chronic medical conditions. By functioning as a medical home, we coordinate subspecialty care, referrals, hospitalizations, preventative care and routine check-ups.

This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under Section 330, 42 U.S.C. 254b, as amended Public Health Service Act, Section 330(e) and Section 10503 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 11-148).
