Maury Regional Medical Group provides board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners who care for patients of all ages by appointment and on a walk-in basis at Lewis Health Center in Hohenwald. Primary care for adult and pediatric patients include wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostic services, physicals and support services.

Primary Care Medical Home
In addition to providing primary care and preventive health, our practice also functions as a patient’s medical home. Because we provide continuity of care throughout an individual’s life, we can better care for the complexities associated with pediatric and adult chronic medical conditions. By functioning as a medical home, we coordinate subspecialty care, referrals, hospitalizations, preventative care and routine check-ups.
