Meet Dr. Meghan Gannon


Dr. Meghan Gannon was born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts, where she excelled in the sciences and music. She attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, as a chemistry major and principle cellist of the university orchestra all four years. She was a member of the Pre-med Honor Society, Alpha Epislon Delta and a Chi Omega Sorority, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. 

Dr. Gannon attended medical school at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. There, she developed her passion for family medicine with guidance from exceptional mentors. She was President of the Family Medicine Interest Group, President of the Say Ahhh’s women’s a capella group and won the Excellence in Family Medicine Award at graduation.

Dr. Gannon moved across the country for an opportunity to study at the Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency program in Scottsdale, Arizona. There, she honed her procedural skills and passion for chronic disease management and women’s and adolescent health care. Upon graduating, she won the Resident Teacher Award for her devotion to medical education.

Dr. Gannon moved to Spring Hill, Tennessee, in 2009. She loves the fact that she both lives and works in this community.
