Andrew Karl Nielsen, M.D., a specialist in internal medicine and pediatrics, has joined the medical staff at Maury Regional Medical Center. He is associated with Maury Regional Medical Group (MRMG).
Dr. Nielsen is originally from Martin, Tennessee and attended U.T. Martin for his undergrad degree prior to moving to Memphis where he received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He completed a residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. During the past year, Dr. Nielsen served as chief resident in internal medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina.
