COLUMBIA, Tenn. – César Y. Cardona, M.D., a specialist in nephrology, has joined the medical staff at Maury Regional Medical Center. He is associated with Nephrology Associates.
Dr. Cardona received his medical degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. He completed an internship in internal medicine at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and a residency in internal medicine at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Cardona also completed a fellowship in nephrology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. He is board certified in nephrology and internal medicine.
