COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Maury Regional Health will offer a free four-week program to help individuals who want to overcome an addiction to smoking and other nicotine products. Registration is currently underway for the program, which will begin October 29 in Columbia.
The free Nicotine Cessation Program will be offered October 29, November 5, November 12 and November 19 at 6 p.m. at Maury Regional Medical Center located at 1224 Trotwood Avenue in Columbia. Classes will be taught by a respiratory therapist who is a former smoker and understands the challenges of setting aside nicotine products.
