COLUMBIA, Tenn. – Zachary K. Pharr, M.D., an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, has joined the medical staff at Maury Regional Medical Center. He is associated with Middle Tennessee Bone & Joint Clinic.
Dr. Pharr received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in Memphis, Tennessee. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Tennessee Campbell Clinic in Memphis. Dr. Pharr completed a fellowship in sports medicine with American Sports Medicine Institute at Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama.
