Maury Regional Health Care Foundation raises $80K at annual golf tournament

COLUMBIA, Tenn. — The annual Tony Starks Memorial Golf Tournament was held Sept. 22 at the Graymere Country Club in Columbia, raising more than $80,000 for the Maury Regional Health Care Foundation.

Foundation Executive Director Joe Kilgore said it was another great day on the links raising money for a good cause.

“As always, the Tony Starks Memorial Golf Tournament was a day full of fun,” he said. “We want to thank all of our sponsors, volunteers and golfers for another successful tournament.”

Prizes were awarded to the winners and runners-up of three flights in both the morning and afternoon groups. There were also contests for longest drive, closest to the pin, hole-in-one and the team putting challenge.

Prize winners in the morning round included:

∙ First flight, first place: The Cintas Corporation team of Paul Hannah, John Lillie, Mark Brown and Zeke Maddux

∙ First flight, second place: The AT&T team of Dennis Wagner, Nathan Poss, Paul Daniels and Luke Ashley

∙ Second flight, first place: The TriStar Bank team of Michael Franks, Kyle Holloway, Jason Epley and Jeff Barber

∙ Second flight, second place: The BlueCross BlueShield team of David Locke, Russel Marty and Trammel Hoehn

∙ Third flight, first place: The Baxter Management team of Michael McNutt, Seth Dixon, Seth Blanks and Adam Gilg

∙ Third flight, second place: The Farm Bureau Health Plans team of Randy Wilmore, Steve Wilson, David Pemberton and Curt Stubblefield

∙ Closest to the pin (seventh hole): Jeff Strawn with the Allspring Global Investments team
