LEWISBURG, Tenn. — Marshall Medical Center has announced Lorretta Pollock, CNA, office and patient coordinator for the Marshall Medical Center Senior Life Solutions program, has received Senior Life Solutions’ 2022 Office & Patient Coordinator of the Year award.

“Loretta is a very compassionate, heartfelt person who is strongly committed to her job and truly makes a difference in the lives of her patients,” said Clara Buntley, RN, chief nursing officer at Marshall Medical Center.

Senior Life Solutions at Marshall Medical Center is managed by Psychiatric Medical Care (PMC), which partners with more than 100 facilities nationwide to provide behavioral health care management services. Top-performing employees and Senior Life Solutions programs from around the country are recognized annually based on their excellence in demonstrating the program’s values of care, compliance and community. Award recipients demonstrate outstanding patient care, excellent comprehension and execution of compliance regulations, and strong community engagement.

Pollock has worked in the Maury Regional Health system since 2013. She has been in her position with Marshall Medical Center’s Senior Life Solutions for four years, where some of her duties include working with patients, creating monthly reports and organizing community education events.

“I’m honored to receive this award recognition,” Pollock said. “I have a strong passion for mental health, for our community and helping others. It’s so rewarding seeing my patients come in at their lowest and their progress to their highest potential, where they can see that they still have a lot of life and love to give.”
