Donating Hand-sewn Masks


Maury Regional Health continues to accept donations of hand-sewn masks as we begin serving more patients at all of our facilities. Those who would like to donate cloth masks may use the instructions below.

Community members donating masks are asked to please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Use tightly woven cotton fabric (such as quilter’s fabric)
  • Fabric should be in good condition and never used/worn
  • Wash and dry fabric without fragrance or dyes prior to sewing
  • Straps should be sewn fabric or elastic. Elastic ear pieces should be 8" on each side. No ribbon or cord, please.

Masks may be dropped off at the main entrance of Maury Regional Medical Center at 1224 Trotwood Avenue between 5 a.m. and 8 p.m. Completed masks should be packaged in a bag that contains the donor’s name, contact information and the quantity of masks contained.
