If you need to obtain a medical record, pay a bill or discuss financial arrangements, please follow the instructions below.

MEDICAL RECORDS

To request copies of your medical records, please call the appropriate number below. A member of the medical records staff will verify your identity and work with you to determine where to send your medical records. If you need to pick up your records in person, you must call in advance to make arrangements.

BILL PAYMENT & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Those who need to drop-off a payment or a financial aid application should use the drive-through at the Maury Regional Annex, located at 1223 Trotwood Avenue in Columbia (across from the medical center). The drive-through is open Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. 

We encourage you to use the online bill payment at MauryHealth.mysecurebill.com.
