MAURY REGIONAL OFFERS ON-LINE BILL PAYMENT AND DRIVE-THROUGH SERVICES
COLUMBIA, Tenn. — For the convenience of customers, Maury Regional Medical Center (MRMC) is now offering on-line bill payment as well as a drive-through service at the Annex located across the street from the medical center, according to Chief Financial Officer Nick Swift.
“It was important to us that we provide our customers with more options that are convenient and accessible,” said Swift. “People lead busy lives and our goal is to make doing business with the medical center a little easier.”
To pay a bill on-line, simply go to mauryregional.com. An icon appears on the home page in the blue column on the left. By selecting this option, you will go to a safe and secure site to view your account charges and pay your bill. On the initial visit, a customer will set up an account with a password that they determine. Once an account has been activated, the customer can access it at any time for viewing account activity.
For those who prefer to pay a bill in person, the cashier’s office has moved to the Annex, which offers convenient parking and drive-through service. The Annex is located at 1223½ Trotwood Avenue near McDonald’s. Office and drive-through hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Patient Accounts Director Kirby Hedrick stated, “In addition to making payments more convenient, we have patient account representatives available at the Annex to answer questions and assist individuals in managing their accounts. We believe that customers will find our new customer-friendly location beneficial in meeting their needs.”
