Laboratory Services
Our fully equipped laboratory provides Maury Regional Medical Center and affiliate/ancillary collection sites with quick access to information and diagnostics. The laboratory is staffed with licensed medical technology professionals and is under the direction of board certified pathologists. Our laboratory is fully accredited by the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of the State of Tennessee, the Joint Commission, College of American Pathologists and the American Association of Blood Banks. The central laboratory is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to provide laboratory services and support for inpatients, Emergency Department patients and outpatient testing.
Affiliate Collection Sites
All affiliate/ancillary locations are equipped to provide collection of various specimen types. Please note, some affiliates perform limited testing on-site; however, all other specimens are transported to the Maury Regional Medical Center laboratory for diagnostic testing.
