COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Elizabeth Rodriguez, MD, has joined Maury Regional Medical Group (MRMG) and will see patients at Lewisburg Family Practice.
Dr. Rodriguez received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in New Brunswick, New Jersey and completed her residency at Fort Wayne Medical Education Program in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Dr. Rodriguez is board certified in family medicine, with special interests in women’s health and weight loss management. She looks forward to serving the residents of Marshall and surrounding counties.
Lewisburg Family Practice provides an array of services, including adult and geriatric medicine, adolescent medicine, physicals, wellness exams and chronic disease management for conditions that include diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol management. Women’s health services provided by Dr. Rodriguez includes pap smears, place and remove IUDs, birth control implants and oral contraceptives. Dr. Rodriguez will help patients with medical weight loss management, as well as referrals to dietitians, psychiatrist and bariatric surgeons. Lewisburg Family Practice offers walk-in care for acute injuries and illnesses in addition to traditional appointments.
