Understanding Birth

This six-hour class provides comprehensive information for expectant parents with topics that include:

• Stages of labor
• Comfort techniques
• Delivery process
• Pain management
• Physical and emotional changes following delivery
• Basic breastfeeding information

A meal ticket for lunch will be provided along with a free tour of our women’s floor.
