Primary Care
Dr. Julian Blaseio is a board-certified specialist in family medicine, welcoming patients ages five years and older. His services include:
- Adult medicine
- Geriatric medicine
- Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.)
- Acute care for injuries and illnesses
- Physical and wellness exams

Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to noon
Urgent Care
In addition to our primary care services, our advanced practice providers offer walk-in care seven days a week — no appointment required. Our walk-in services include care for:
- Treatment of minor injuries and illnesses
- Laboratory tests
- X-Ray
- Diagnostic testing (EKG and hearing)
- Suturing
- COVID-19 testing for symptomatic patients

Saturday-Sunday: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Maury Regional Urgent Care accepts most insurance plans for walk-in care; however, we encourage you to contact us for coverage verification. We do not accept Medicaid or TennCare for walk-in visits.
Co-pays are required at the time of service and additional charges may apply depending upon your insurance plan. We accept credit cards, checks and cash. For those who are uninsured, we request $50 be paid at the time of service. Discounts may apply for additional health services for those who qualify.
