Primary Care – Waynesboro is now located at 321 Dexter L. Woods Memorial Blvd., Suite E, in Waynesboro (in the Piggly Wiggly shopping center). Our new location is modern, accessible and comfortable, while offering additional space to support our growing practice.
Primary Care – Waynesboro offers primary health care services with providers from Maury Regional Medical Group. Our providers specialize in family medicine, with a focus on evidence-based treatment of illnesses and the management of chronic disease, as well as partnering with patients on wellness strategies.
In addition to accepting most insurance, Primary Care – Waynesboro is a Federally Qualified Health Center site. This practice offers a sliding fee scale for patients who are uninsured or underinsured and whose family income is below 200% of the federal poverty level.

In addition to providing primary care and preventive health, our practice also functions as a patient’s medical home. Because we provide continuity of care throughout an individual’s life, we can better care for the complexities associated with chronic medical conditions. By functioning as a medical home, we coordinate subspecialty care, referrals, hospitalizations, preventative care and routine check-ups.
