PrimeCare Clinic in Suite 301 of the Maury Regional Medical Plaza is a family medicine practice offering health care for all ages. In addition to primary care, PrimeCare Clinic offers behavioral health care services.
PrimeCare Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center site, offering a sliding fee schedule to calculate discounted rates for those who qualify. PrimeCare Clinic accepts insurance, including Medicaid, TennCare, Medicare and most commercial plans.

PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL HOME
In addition to providing primary care and preventive health, our practice also functions as a patient’s medical home. Because we provide continuity of care throughout an individual’s life, we can better care for the complexities associated with chronic medical conditions. By functioning as a medical home, we coordinate subspecialty care, referrals, hospitalizations, preventative care and routine check-ups.

PrimeCare Clinic is an FQHC site of Lewis Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center. Lewis Health Center is a Health Center Program grantee under Section 330, 42 U.S.C. 254b, as amended, Public Health Service Act, Section 330(e) and Section 10503 of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (P.L. 11-148).
