LEWISBURG, Tenn. — Lewisburg Pediatrics, a practice affiliated with Maury Regional Health, will offer COVID-19 vaccination to individuals ages 12 and older on three upcoming dates in May and June.
Lewisburg Pediatrics will administer the two-dose Pfizer vaccine by appointment from 1 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. on:
- Wednesday, May 26
- Wednesday, June 2
- Wednesday, June 9
The Pfizer vaccine was recently authorized for use in ages 12-17. Those being vaccinated are not required to be a patient of Lewisburg Pediatrics; however, minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must sign the consent form for vaccination.
A second dose of Pfizer is needed to achieve full vaccination and should be administered 21+/- days following the initial dose. Individuals will be registered for their second dose at the time of their initial vaccination.
Lewisburg Pediatrics is located in Suite 201 of the Marshall Medical Office Building at 1090 N. Ellington Parkway in Lewisburg. The practice sees patients from newborn to teen.
