COLUMBIA, Tenn. – Mayuko Imai, MD, a specialist in pathology, has joined the medical staff at Maury Regional Medical Center. She is associated with Opus Pathology/PCA Southeast.
Dr. Imai received her medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, New York. She completed a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She completed her internship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, New York.
Dr. Imai completed a fellowship in surgical pathology at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She also completed a fellowship in Hematopathology at the University of Southern California (USC)/Los Angeles County in Los Angeles, California and a fellowship in surgical pathology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Imai is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and hematopathology.
