At Maury Regional Occupational Health, our experienced team prioritizes the health and safety of employees by helping to prevent, detect and treat illnesses and injuries that occur in or impact the workplace. Our facility is dedicated strictly to occupational health services and our team has extensive knowledge regarding federal OSHA and Tennessee worker's compensation guidelines.

On-site availability for most services

Workers' Compensation

Maury Regional Occupational Health offers workers' compensation services that include:

  • Evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Follow-up care for work-related injuries and illnesses
    • Please note that follow-up care is also available for patients who received their initial assessment at another location, such as an emergency room or urgent care center
  • Activity restriction recommendations
  • Return-to-work assessments

Services are provided during normal business hours. If assistance is needed on the weekend, an initial evaluation may be obtained by visiting Maury Regional Urgent Care at 1218 Trotwood Avenue in Columbia, adjacent to the hospital, or after hours in the Emergency Department.

OBTAINING RESULTS

Employers will receive results via fax or secure email.

Patients may access their results using Maury Regional Health's convenient and secure online patient portal. Depending upon the services provided, results should populate the portal in three business days.

BILLING & PAYMENT

Visits to Maury Regional Occupational Health are not billed to the employee’s personal insurance. All bills are sent directly to the employer or to the worker’s compensation insurance carrier. In addition, personal payment (cash or credit card) is an option for those who are self-employed.
